Hypericum herbal teas are made only from carefully selected medicinal plants that have been harvested from unpolluted, ecologically-clean areas so that their quality and efficiency are guaranteed. Caraway is known and used in phytotherapy for the following properties: carminative (i.e. eases intestinal gas elimination), soothing on a gastric and intestinal level, expectorant (i.e. promotes the secretion of sputum), antihistaminic, galactagogue (i.e. increases milk production in lactating women), digestive (by stimulating bowel movement), and stimulating of the salivary, gastric, intestinal and pancreatic juices. It also stimulates the breathing and circulatory centres.

- Relieves fullness and bloating;
- Contributes to the normal function of the intestinal tract;
- Helps support the digestive juice flow;

Dosage and Use:
Internally: as an infusion, steep 1 teaspoon of Caraway fruit in 200 ml boiling water. Drink 2-3 cups per day.
