Hypericum herbal teas are made only from carefully selected medicinal plants that have been harvested from unpolluted, ecologically-clean areas so that their quality and efficiency are guaranteed. Pennyroyal is known in phytotherapy for its carminative, emmenagogue (i.e. induces menstruation), antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, and tonic of the nervous system properties. It is important to note that this plant also has abortive properties because of its pulegone content, therefore, it is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Properties:	carminative, eupeptic, emmenagogue, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, diuretic, tonic for the nervous system, expectorant, and abortive.
Dosage and Use:	Internally: as an infusion, steep 1 teaspoon of the plant in 200 ml boiling water. Drink 2-3 cups per day. Externally: as a double-concentrated infusion, used for local lavages, cataplasms or compresses.
